Gunjan & Vikram

Gunjan and Vikram chose Calamigos Ranch in Malibu for their wedding, and the morning made the most of it — rolling hills, rustic barns and golden California light. While waiting for Vikram to arrive, Gunjan took a quiet moment with her coffee and stopped to say hi to a horse, the kind of unplanned moment that makes for epic photos. After a first look gave the couple a few quiet minutes together, Vikram rejoined the baraat for his big entrance — but not before the bridesmaids put him through a round of games.

The ceremony was set beneath towering eucalyptus and pine, framed by a lush white floral archway and lined with tiered crystal chandeliers on gilded stands, string lights weaving through the trees above a stone-tiled aisle. With such a beautiful property at our fingertips, we kept the post-ceremony portraits right on location — no travel time, just more of the ranch's natural beauty — before goodbyes at the doli and paani closed out the day.

The next day, the celebration continued at the historic Millennium Biltmore Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. Hand-painted frescoed ceilings, soaring arched windows and gilded columns set an opulent stage for a reception dressed almost entirely in red — a dramatic crimson floral tree anchoring the room, cascading red roses framing the couple's stage, right down to the deep red and black marble dance floor. Cinematography by Velour Films, planning by Pree Events, with hair and makeup by The Ayman Syed and Farah With The Good Hair.
